Plans
Every plan connects to your bexio account and produces work, employee and project reports as well as the company dashboard, with PDF export. The plans differ in the number of users, the number of active report configurations, PDF exports a month, and how long the logs are kept. All prices are per month, excluding VAT.
For one-person companies and small teams starting to report out of bexio.
For growing teams with several projects and regular client reports.
For agencies and larger companies with many engagements and employees.
Do the maths
Export from bexio, lay it out in Excel, check the totals, save as a PDF, send it – that takes time, and time costs money. Put your figures in and find the plan that fits.
An estimate based on what you entered. Assumptions: employer costs at a flat +15 %, 52 weeks a year with no deduction for vacation or public holidays (deliberately conservative, which gives a low hourly rate). “Opportunity cost” = the time you could have billed at the external hourly rate instead. mReport price: from CHF 29 a month, excluding VAT.
Trial
You start with a 30-day trial – the full feature set, and no credit card. You connect bexio, set your reports up and see on your own figures whether mReport fits your team.
During the trial you have generous limits: 25 users, 250 PDF generations a month and all four report types. When the trial ends your data and configurations are kept – you simply choose the plan that suits.
Comparison
The feature set is the same in every plan: dashboards to check in the browser and the PDF reports built from them to send and archive, all out of the same bexio source. What is limited is the quantity, not the possibility – hover over a term to see exactly what is counted.
